With a Master of Laws (LLM) concentration in Business Law and certifications in governance from the Governance Professionals of Canada (GPC.D) and the Corporate Directors International (CDI.D) and the Competent Board’s Sustainability and ESG designation (GCB.D). My passion lies in helping organizations navigate complex legal and regulatory challenges.
